Tim Wright is the father of John, Daniel, Joshua and Matthew and is the reason for their desire to pursue construction. In his early life the loss of his long term insurance job motivated him to follow his true passion for construction. Tim started his career in construction as a handyman and worked his way up to building homes. Tim would bring his children to work with him and taught them the trade, instilling in them His same work-ethic and Christian values. Tim's influence on his sons was the inspiration behind the creation of Wright Choice Construction. He constantly strives to develop a relationship of trust with our clients, and enjoys getting to know their unique needs for their home in order to bring it to life. He values the sacrifices made so that our country can be a place where if you are willing to put in the work, you can provide for your family and help others along the way. With Tim's thirty years of experience in construction, your vision is in good hands. Tim and his wife have been married since 1985. Together they have eight children and thirteen grandchildren, who they love making memories with.
Madison Long
Accountant and Secretary
Madison was born and raised in Southwest VA. She obtained a degree in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Before Wright Choice Construction, she had experience working as a paralegal. Madison is a disciplined and determined individual who thrives on challenges. Growing up, her parents taught her that anything less than a solid work-ethic was unacceptable. As a follower of Jesus Christ, she strives to adopt all His teachings and implement them in all aspects of life. She enjoys working with people, numbers, and investigative work. In her free time, Madison enjoys playing the violin and piano, spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, photography, and trying new things.
Daniel Wright
Head of Operations
Daniel Wright is the founder of Wright Choice Construction INC. his love for construction started during his early teenage years when he began his career in the field under his father Tim Wright. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for Wright Choice Construction to be established. Daniel has acquired his class "A" contractor license, master electrician license, and master plumber license. Daniel's role as head of operations consists of overseeing sales, customer relations, and project management, while also researching and implementing industry-Leading software, staying updated pertaining code, seeking out and adapting the highest quality building techniques, community outreach and relations, and marketing. Daniel is a United States Army veteran, and was stationed at Fort Myer, in Washington D.C. He is driven to serve the Lord through all his endeavors and use the blessings that he has been given to bless those around him to further the kingdom of God. He is married to Caitlyn Wright, has two daughters, and a son. He enjoys spending time with family outdoors on weekends.
Caitlyn Wright
Web Designer/Developer
Caitlyn was born and raised in Bedford, VA and is the wife of Daniel wright. she is a graduate of Liberty Christian Academy and attended Liberty University. Caitlyn is the web developer/designer at Wright Choice Construction and enjoys using her abilities to be an assistance to the Wright Choice Construction team. During the early years of Wright Choice Construction, the need for a website arose. Caitlyn reached out to her sister who majored in graphic design at Liberty University to aid her in the website development. From this mentoring, she has created and managed our website. Caitlyn's proudest accomplishment has been homeschooling the three wonderful children, that God has blessed her with, to be well equipped to do all that God has called them to do. She loves to spend time with her family playing outdoor games and boardgames.
John Wright
Project Manager
John joined Wright Choice Construction in 2017, and has managed an array of builds ranging in size and complexity. With over 15 years of experience, John is a central pillar of Wright Choice Construction, and is commended for his outstanding customer relations, his keen eye for detail, and his dedication to ensure a smooth and stress-free building process for our clients. His knowledge of construction is comprehensive and started from an early age. Growing up he learned the trade from his father Tim Wright. John served in the US Marine Corps as a sergeant and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. During his military career he gained experience with OSHA, received HAZMAT certification, and operated heavy-machinery. John got married in 2019 and has two boys, and a girl. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family at Smith Mountain Lake and mowing his lawn.
Joshua Wright
Project Manager
Joshua Wright has an unmatched passion for construction and is exceptionally talented in his craft. In his early teenage years, he began developing and perfecting his skill-set. Since then, he has overseen the construction of countless projects including two quadplexes and his own custom home. His comprehensive understanding of a custom home build comes from his many years of hands on training, which ensures every detail to be completed at the highest standard. Joshua's daily motivators are his love for construction, getting to work with his brothers, and honoring Christ through everything he says and does. Joshua excels at explaining the home building process in its entirety and understanding the needs of our clients. He loves his wife and three children, who encourage him to do his best. He also enjoys working on personal endeavors and playing competitive sports in his free time.
Nathan Franson
Project Manager
Nathan was born in Farmington, Maine, and later moved to Utah to obtain his degree in
Construction Management. Since joining the team at Wright Choice Construction,
Nathan has proven himself to be highly experienced and qualified in project
management. His upbeat and engaging personality and many years of expertise allow
Nathan to deliver an excellent experience for each customer and provide them with
peace of mind through quality work. Nathan is passionate about custom home building
and has had the unique opportunity to sell several homes he designed and built. He is
married and has three kids who are currently in college. In his spare time, Nathan
enjoys building large wooden furniture from scratch and undertaking any necessary
repairs on his vehicles.
Matthew Wright
Excavation Foreman
Matthew has over six years of construction experience and 3 years of mechanical training. After his service with the U.S. Marines, Matthew decided to join Wright Choice Construction and further his construction career. He is dedicated to excellence in everything he does, with an unwavering work-ethic and a positive attitude. He desires for his work to be used as a witness of Jesus Christ and searches for opportunities to share the gospel with those around him. Matthew works hard each day, desiring his wife and daughter to be proud of him.
Samuel Aquino
Excavation Crewman
Samuel was born and raised in Bedford, VA, where his family still resides. He has an extensive
background in operating heavy equipment, from an early age. Samuel was previously a foreman for
Liberty University’s ground crew where he operated many different large pieces of equipment on a
regular basis. He also expanded his knowledge in plumbing while working for NBS, prior to joining our
crew. Samuel is a very skilled operator and eager to continue expanding his capabilities. His drive comes
from providing for his wife, saving for a family, and serving God while honoring him through his
character. He enjoys working out, hiking, outdoor sports, and gymnastics.
Noah Green
Plumbing Crewman
Noah has been a family friend of the Wright family for years and has always enjoyed working
construction along side them on and off. When the opportunity to join Wright Choice Construction
arose, he decided to go for it full time. Currently Noah is perfecting his skills as a member of the
plumbing team and enjoys playing a part in building someone’s dream home through his work. Noah is
one of thirteen children and started working in the trades at a very young age along with most of his
siblings. He is a volunteer firefighter in his time away from work and enjoys the opportunity to serve his
community.
Jackson Epperson
Plumbing Foreman
Jackson, with his strong drive, motivation, and enthusiasm, is a central asset to the plumbing crew. He leads his team by example and is equipped to take challenges head on. His drive to further his education and expand his capabilities, motivates him each day to find new challenges to conquer. Jackson's defining word is committed; he's committed to delivering a professional and quality product for our customers. In his free time, Jackson enjoys working on vehicles and spending time with his family, friends, and animals.
Mason Woods
Plumbing Crewman
Mason joined the Wright Choice Construction team in 2024, with the desire to learn a
new trade in a healthy environment. He is a quick learner and is always up to the task of
furthering his knowledge in the trades. Prior to his employment with Wright Choice
Construction, Mason worked as a detailer and was promoted to office manager in under
six months. He is driven by his desire to provide for his family and enjoys acquiring new
skills. Mason is married and enjoys spending time with his wife, making and listening to
music, and watching movies.
Josh Dobyns
Master Plumber
Josh has been a family friend for many years and has been working for Wright Choice
Construction almost as long. Prior to his employment at Wright Choice Construction,
Josh worked for a plumbing company for 9+ years. He holds his license as a Master
Plumber license and is a valuable asset to the plumbing crew. Josh is a very dedicated
individual who works hard to do his best, completing each task in an efficient manner.
His values of integrity, family, and responsibility, manifest themselves through his work.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his son and working out.
Ethan Duell
Electrical Supervisor
Ethan attended Liberty University for a bachelor’s in business administration and project management.
He first started his career in various types of management work and entry level construction, where he
learned valuable first-hand experiences. Through his church, he made the connection with Joshua
Wright and decided to join the Wright Choice Construction team. Ethan is dedicated to understanding
the field of electrical, always prioritizing learning the “why”, rather than merely the “how”. This
dedication to grasping a complete understanding of the trade, has helped him to be capable of wiring
homes on his own. He has since been given his own team to manage, under the supervision of Christian.
Ethan’s motivation comes from the fear of the Lord and love for His people. He understands the biblical
roles of marriage and takes to heart the importance of his provisionary role. Ethan and his wife got
married in 2023 and have a baby boy named Everett. In his spare time, he enjoys being with family,
reading, exercising, and fellowshipping with friends.
Matt Epperson
Electrical Foreman
Matthew was born in Virginia Beach and was raised on a farm in Appomattox. His family taught him traditional values that instilled a solid work ethic in him from a young age. Matthew enjoys the challenge
that working on the electrical team provides and faces it with enthusiasm each day. Participating in high
school sports, such as being the leader on his football team, participating in baseball, and wrestling are
what helped to solidify his positive attitude, comradery, and team building. Matthew is looking
forward to getting married and starting a family he can provide for through his learned trade. He is
constantly striving to be a better man of God, to be a testimony to those he is around. Matthew enjoys
fishing, playing the piano, and guitar.
Christian Pettibone
Electrical Crewman
Christian is the ideal example of how hard work and dedication produce positive outcomes. Joining
Wright Choice Construction in 2019; Christian began his electrical apprenticeship, and now leads the
electrical division. Being the head of the electrical division is one of his proudest accomplishments.
he enjoys seeing each clients unique style reflected in each of the custom home builds. “Honest, responsible, and committed” are a few of the words we would
use to describe Christian's character. Executing his expertise in a way that fulfills our customer’s needs and helps
them to create a unique space that they can call home, is what he is passionate about. In his spare time,
Christian enjoys gaming, relaxing with friends, and riding motorcycles.
Isaiah Tyree
Electrical Crewman
Isaiah is from Lynchburg, VA, and joined the Wright Choice Construction crew in 2024.
Currently focusing on enhancing his electrical skills, Isaiah’s desire to become skilled in
all aspects of construction stems from his dream to one day build his own home. He is
hardworking and motivated to do his best, a principle taught to him by his dad. In his
spare time, Isaiah enjoys working on his trucks and spending time with family and
friends.
Dante Hall
Electrical Crewman
Dante is from Maryland and has an extensive background in customer service. His six years of being a
Walmart manager and his year of being the Lowes night time manager, is a testament to his ability to
work well with others and coordination skills. Dante also has a long-standing experience working
construction, starting from an early age on various levels of the construction industry. He, throughout
the years, has expanded his knowledge and capabilities in the trade. His passion to work with his hands
and to create a meaningful, long-lasting product drives him to further his expertise. Dante’s relationship
with Jesus Christ produces qualities of integrity, love for others, honesty, and worth ethic that are
evident in his life. He enjoys spending time with his family, fellowshipping with people at church, fishing,
and outdoor sports and games in his spare time.
Jonathan Worthington
Electrical Apprentice
Jonathan was raised in Virginia and is a longtime family friend. Since his early
childhood, Jonathan has had the privilege of helping his dad with construction work and
learning more about the trades. He is a hard worker, quick learner, and dedicated
individual who strives to excel in every task put before him. Jonathan’s love for God,
family, and construction drives him to succeed and do his best. He enjoys fishing,
camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Luke Davis
Exteriors Foreman
Luke was born and raised right here in Bedford, VA. Starting at a very early age in the trades, he has
since earned an associates degree in electrical, acquired OSHA certification, received a CDL, and ran his own small business for
five years. Luke, while learning under numerous mentors over the years, has been expanding and
perfecting his abilities in a vast range of construction skill sets. He is a valuable asset to the team with his
extensive knowledge and experience. As head of the siding team, he leads his team with confidence and
holds them to the highest of standards to ensure a top-quality end product. Luke strives to increase and
hone his skills each day to achieve finished products that he can take pride in. In his spare time, he
enjoys spending time with his family and competing in sports such as golf and corn hole.
Obadyah McKay
Exteriors Crewman
Obadyah is the fifth child of eight children and was born and raised in Minnesota. He served in the Army for six years, being stationed in Alaska. Obadyah's passion for construction stems from the ability to see the product of his labor each day. He is driven to give you a place worth calling home, while also providing for his own family. He is passionate about serving the Lord and loving others through all his endeavors. Despite his stern appearance, he is very kind hearted, patient, and calm.
Jesse Glass
Exteriors Crewman
Jesse was born in Washington State and is the third oldest of seven. He started doing yard work while living in Hawaii and has since gained experience in various aspects of construction. Jesse is an extremely hard worker and is motivated by witnessing the fruits of his labor, big or small. His work ethic, efficiency, and teachable spirit make him a valued member of our team. Jesse is passionate about custom home-building because he enjoys playing a part in the construction of someone’s home. Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the gym, working hard, and being a part of the church body.
John Hahn
Interiors Foreman
John was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA and attended Liberty University. With thirty-two years of
construction experience running everything from small-scale to very large-scale construction projects
and even owning his own business for many years, it is an understatement to say that he is of immense
value to the team. We are honored to have his wealth of knowledge leading the interior crew putting all
of the finishing touches on our customer’s homes. His motivation is to teach the next generation the
trades and finished carpentry, like he was taught by his father and uncle growing up, and to provide the
best experience possible to our customers. John loves, his wife, Kelly, and his five children dearly. He
sees his family as one of the greatest accomplishments in his life and works hard each day to provide for
them. Above all else, John has a deep and intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, motivating
him to share the gospel to those around him. John enjoys fishing, hunting, visiting the beach, hiking,
traveling, and experiencing all of God’s beautiful creations.
Dylan Seekamp
Interiors Crewman
Dylan was born and raised in Simsbury, Connecticut. Coming to VA to attend Liberty, Dylan took a job
flipping homes until he could secure his spot in the upcoming academy class. During this time, he fell in
love with the trades and became passionate about learning and expanding his skill-set. He graduated
Liberty in the top 1% with a B.S in criminal justice: advanced investigative studies/crime scene
investigation, planning to fulfill his life long dream of becoming a police officer. However, God had
different plans for him. While in the pursuit of continuing his experience in the trades, Dylan was drawn
to Wright Choice Construction for our emphasis on quality, integrity, and our openly Christian values. He
has made an excellent addition to our interior crew with his keen eye to detail and dedication to the
craft. Dylan is primarily motivated by his faith and believes that work is a form of worship as stated in
Col. 3:23. He wants to be known for his quality of work and his positive attitude, to which both we can
attest. Dylan married his bride at 21 years old and looks forward to building a family with her. His
greatest inspirations, are his mother and brother who both serve as police officers in Massachusetts.
Dylan enjoys going to the gym, shooting, and studying God’s Word often.
Dave Worthington
Interiors Crewman
Dave went to Mary Washington College and received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He ran his own home improvement business for twenty-two years, specializing in doors and windows. Dave has installed over five thousand storm doors, hundreds of exterior doors, several thousand replacement windows, and built his personal home. Providing for his family is what fuels him, as well as trying to be a positive example as a Christian for those around him.
Trystan Margle
Interiors Crewman
Trystan is originally from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, but made his way down to Virginia
due to his work. His upbeat personality and attention to detail make him a valued
member of the interior crew. Trystan enjoys working hard, doing things the right way,
and creating lasting relationships with people. He is driven by his love for his family and
values things like hard work, honesty, family, and community. In his spare time, Trystan
likes to spend most of his time with his loved ones or go fishing whenever he gets the
chance.
