Daniel Wright

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Wright is the founder of Wright Choice Construction, Inc. His love for construction began in his early teens while working in the field under his father, Tim Wright. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for what would become Wright Choice Construction. Daniel holds a Class A Contractor License, as well as Master Electrician and Master Plumber licenses. As head of operations, Daniel oversees sales, customer relations, and project management, while also researching and implementing industry-leading software, staying current with code requirements, adopting and adapting top-quality building techniques, leading community outreach, and marketing. A U.S. Army veteran, Daniel was stationed at Fort Myer in Washington, D.C. He is committed to serving the Lord through every endeavor and using his blessings to bless others around him and further God’s kingdom. Daniel is married to Caitlyn Wright and has three daughters and a son. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family on weekends.

Curtis Davis

Chief Operating Officer

Curtis Davis grew up in Giles County, Virginia and has called Bedford home for more than 35 years. With a 27 year career in law enforcement and two years of executive experience in the private sector, Curtis is also a proud graduate of the FBI National Academy. His professional journey has been defined by leadership, service, and a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, which he considers his greatest accomplishment. Curtis joined Wright Choice Construction inspired by the company’s core values and belief system, which closely align with his own. He is dedicated to working for and alongside the employees of Wright Choice, finding joy in being part of a team that builds with excellence and God given talent. For Curtis, the most rewarding part of his work is spending time with people who are passionate about creating something lasting and meaningful. Grounded in faith, Curtis is guided by the humility of knowing that he can do nothing without Christ. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, hunting, being outdoors, writing, and staying active. Married for 38 years, he is a proud father of two sons and grandfather to several amazing grandchildren, though he admits with a smile that he finds his granddaughter a bit intimidating. Curtis is grateful for the relationships he has built at Wright Choice Construction and values the opportunity to grow alongside people he may never have otherwise met.

John Wright

Chief Project Officer

John joined Wright Choice Construction in 2017 and has managed an array of projects varying in size and complexity. With over 15 years of experience, John is a central pillar of the company, known for his outstanding customer relations, keen eye for detail, and commitment to ensuring a smooth, stress-free building process. His construction knowledge began early in life under the guidance of his father, Tim Wright. John also served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a sergeant, stationed in Okinawa, Japan. During his service, he gained OSHA experience, received HAZMAT certification, and operated heavy machinery. John married in 2019 and has two sons and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family at Smith Mountain Lake and mowing his lawn.

Trystan Margle

Sales Specialist

Originally from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Trystan Margle initially started working at Wright Choice Construction on the interior trim crew before transitioning into preliminary sales, where his passion for customer service shines. Originally from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, he loves helping clients turn their dreams into homes through meaningful, positive interactions. At WCC, Trystan focuses on understanding each customer’s goals, balancing vision and budget, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience. He takes pride in helping transform WCC’s current office while on the trim crew, a space he now proudly showcases to clients. Drawn to the company’s faith-based values and family atmosphere, Trystan appreciates the daily prayers, teamwork, and sense of belonging he’s found there. Guided by his faith, he carries his values into every aspect of life. Trystan and his wife, Sophie, live in Lynchburg with their daughter, Chloe. A fun fact: he has owned dozens of exotic birds and knows plenty about their breeds and temperaments. His favorite saying is, “Who’s going to carry the boats?”

Sage Richardson

Senior Draftsman

Sage brings both hands-on experience and technical design expertise to his role as an Architectural Draftsman at WCC. Originally from Prairieville, Louisiana, he began his career in construction, where three years of fieldwork sparked a passion for residential design and led him to pursue formal drafting education. After completing two years of drafting school, Sage went on to gain three more years of experience in residential home design. His combination of practical and technical knowledge allows him to create thoughtful, accurate plans that bridge the gap between design and execution. At WCC, Sage is excited to deepen his understanding of the various trades involved in custom home building. His goal is to incorporate more detailed, real-world insight into every plan he produces—ensuring greater clarity, quality, and craftsmanship in the final product. Sage was drawn to WCC for its Christ-centered environment and the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while helping lead others. He values spending quality time with his family, being active in church, and continuing to strengthen his relationship with God.

Tyler Albert

Draftsman

Tyler is originally from Providence, Rhode Island, and later moved to Florida before settling in Lynchburg. He joined Wright Choice Construction in 2025 as a draftsman and brings a diverse background that includes survey drafting and experience coordinating large projects and teams. Tyler is known for his creativity and ability to think outside the box, drawing on his varied experience to find practical and innovative solutions. In his role, he works closely with clients in the early design stages, helping develop layouts, refine details, and ensure plans are both functional and buildable. He is passionate about design because it allows him to work directly with clients and help bring their vision to life. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, going to concerts, working on small woodworking projects, and listening to audiobooks.

Frankie McManus

Senior Designer

Originally, from Roxsboro, North Carolina, Frankie brings creativity, warmth, and a strong sense of purpose to her role as Design Coordinator at WCC. A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, she combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of style, functionality, and client needs. Before joining WCC, Frankie worked with a design-build firm specializing in home remodels—from kitchens and bathrooms to full basement renovations. In that role, she gained hands-on experience in client communication, material selection, meeting coordination, drafting floor plans using AutoCAD, and creating 3D visualizations in SketchUp. She also took on additional roles such as social media manager and website creator, showcasing her adaptability and wide-ranging skill set. At WCC, Frankie works closely with clients to guide them through the design selection process, helping them choose everything from paint colors and cabinetry to lighting, flooring, and exterior finishes. She strives to bring each client’s vision to life with cohesive, beautiful, and practical designs that reflect their style and stay within budget. Frankie was drawn to WCC because of its faith-driven culture and strong sense of community. From her very first interaction, she knew this was more than just a workplace—it was a place where she could live out her values and grow both personally and professionally. She is especially passionate about building trust with clients and treating each project as an opportunity to serve others with integrity. What she enjoys most about her work is helping clients design their dream home and witnessing their joy as the vision becomes reality. She’s motivated by her faith and sees her role as an opportunity to reflect God’s love through every interaction and design decision. Outside of work, Frankie loves to travel—whether it’s hiking, visiting the beach, or attending festivals. She enjoys exploring new places, trying new things, and spending time outdoors. And a fun fact most people don’t know? She once had the chance to feed and hold a baby tiger.

Emma Street

Designer

Emma is from Charleston, South Carolina, and holds a degree in Interior Design with a minor in business from Liberty University. She brings experience in home remodel design, including space planning, finish selections, lighting design, and client presentation development. Emma is known for her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients. In her role as an designer, she works closely with homeowners to select finishes and features that bring their vision to life, providing personalized design guidance throughout the process. She is passionate about design because it allows her to combine creativity with purpose while serving others. Outside of work, Emma enjoys time with family and friends, being at the beach, playing pickleball, and watercolor painting.

Luke Davis

Project Manager

Luke is a Bedford, Virginia native, and began his career in the trades at a young age before building and running his own trade business for five years. He came to WCC as the exterior foreman before working his way to Assistant Project Manager and then becoming a Project Manager. He has developed a strong technical foundation through an associate degree in Electrical Technology, OSHA certification, a class A CDL, Vinyl Siding Installation Certification and taking additional classes related to the contracting field. His field experience across multiple construction disciplines, shaped by guidance from seasoned mentors, has become the backbone of his leadership approach. Luke applies both his hands on expertise and the structured methodologies gained through several PMI based trainings to lead teams, coordinate project workflows, and ensure high quality outcomes. His commitment to excellence, clear communication, and continuous improvement makes him a reliable and effective leader on every project he oversees. Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through golf and outdoor activities. He is strongly rooted in his faith and leading his family with Christian values.

Christian Pettibone

Project Manager

Christian is a clear example of how dedication and hard work fuel professional growth. He joined Wright Choice Construction in 2019 as an Electrical Apprentice and, through consistent effort and skill development became team Foreman before advancing to an Assistant Project Manager Role prior to becoming a Project Manager. Leading with integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, he now oversees projects with a blend of field-tested expertise and the structured methodologies gained through multiple PMI based training initiatives. His extensive on the job experience allows him a unique insight that is valuable on any project. Christian takes pride in guiding each project to reflect the client’s unique vision, ensuring quality, clarity, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Known for being clear, committed, and dependable, he brings both technical insight and strong leadership to every job. Outside of work, Christian enjoys gaming, spending time with friends, and riding motorcycles.

Miguel Saenz

Field Supervisor

Miguel brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked primarily in Arizona as a journeyman lather and plasterer, building five-star apartment communities. Passionate about creativity and craftsmanship, Miguel finds joy in building and seeing a project completed. His standout traits are his loyalty and attention to detail. He helps customers by truly listening to their needs and doing everything possible to meet them. Miguel is driven by honesty and love for people, and above all, his faith—Jesus is his leader and Lord. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart for 41 years. Together, they have five children and 14 grandchildren.

Matthew Wright

Director of Field Operations

With over six years of construction experience and three years of mechanical training, Matthew joined Wright Choice Construction after serving in the U.S. Marines. He is dedicated to excellence in all he does, bringing an unwavering work ethic and a positive attitude. Matthew wants his work to serve as a witness of Jesus Christ and seeks out opportunities to share the gospel with others. He works hard each day with the goal of making his wife and daughter proud.

Dave Worthington

Field Technician

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College. He operated his own home improvement business for 22 years, specializing in doors and windows. Over his career, Dave has installed more than 5,000 storm doors, hundreds of exterior doors, thousands of replacement windows, and even built his own home. Providing for his family is what fuels him, along with setting a positive example as a Christian for those around him.

Noah Green

Excavation Foreman

Noah has been a longtime friend of the Wright family and has enjoyed working alongside them in construction over the years. When the opportunity to join Wright Choice Construction full-time came up, he jumped at the chance. Currently, Noah is sharpening his skills as a member of the plumbing team and enjoys playing a part in turning someone’s dream home into reality. One of thirteen children, Noah began working in the trades at a young age with many of his siblings. He is also a volunteer firefighter and enjoys serving his community in that capacity.

Josiah Demala

Excavation Team Leader

Born in Ethiopia, Josiah was homeschooled and developed a strong work ethic from an early age. With a background in construction and a particular passion for excavation, Josiah brings dedication and focus to every project he’s involved in. He is deeply committed to putting God first in all he does and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Wright Choice Construction team. Known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude, Josiah values the chance to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to each build.

Kyle Sargent

Plumbing Foreman

Kyle brings expertise in arborist work and demolition to Wright Choice Construction. Known for his honesty and strong work ethic, Kyle is dedicated to delivering quality results on every project. His commitment to excellence ensures top-notch service for clients, and his Christian values guide his work and life. Focused on reliability and excellence, Kyle is a vital asset to both the company and its customers.

Zachary Clark

Plumbing Crewman

Zack has developed a strong passion for construction over the past several years and brings experience in general handyman work along with an associate degree in Building Construction Technology. He joined Wright Choice Construction after being drawn to the company’s strong Christian values and is now part of the plumbing team. Zack is known for his attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way. He takes pride in serving customers well and delivering a high-quality product built to last. He is motivated by his faith and strives to reflect those values in both his work and relationships. Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children, especially fishing and hiking together

Isaiah Tyree

Electrical Foreman

Isaiah is from Lynchburg, VA, and joined the Wright Choice Construction team in 2024. Currently focused on developing his electrical skills, Isaiah’s desire to master all aspects of construction stems from his dream of one day building his own home. He is hardworking and motivated to excel — qualities instilled in him by his father. In his spare time, Isaiah enjoys working on his trucks and spending time with family and friends.

Dante Hall

Electrical Team Leader

Originally from Maryland, Dante brings a strong background in customer service. His six years as a Walmart manager and one year as a Lowe’s night manager reflect his strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Dante has also worked in construction from a young age and has steadily expanded his knowledge and capabilities in the industry. His passion for working with his hands and creating lasting, meaningful product drives him to continually further his expertise. Dante’s relationship with Jesus Christ shines through his integrity, love for others, honesty, and work ethic. He enjoys spending time with family, fellowshipping at church, fishing, and engaging in outdoor sports and games.

Thomas Devers

Journeyman Electrican

Thomas is a dedicated professional with over three years of electrical experience and a certification from Virginia Technical Institute. He enjoys the challenge of electrical work, piecing things together, and takes pride in completing each project with precision and cleanliness. Known for his strong work ethic and adaptability to customer needs, Thomas ensures satisfaction while adhering to all guidelines. He values God’s principles above all else, which guide both his personal and professional life. Outside of work, he enjoys playing disc golf.

Jonathan Worthington

Electrican

Johnathan was raised in Virginia and is a longtime family friend. From his early childhood, he had the privilege of working alongside his father in construction, gaining early exposure to the trades. A quick learner and dedicated worker, Johnathan consistently strives to excel in any task put before him. His love for God, family, and construction fuels his motivation to succeed. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Obadyah McKay

Exterior Foreman

Obadyah, the fifth of eight children, was born and raised in Minnesota. He served in the Army for six years, stationed in Alaska. His passion for construction comes from the fulfillment of seeing the product of his labor each day. He is driven to building homes people can be proud of, while also providing for his own family. Passionate about serving the Lord, Obadyah approaches all his endeavors with a love for others. Though he may appear stern, he is extremely kind-hearted, patient, and calm.

Hunter White

Exterior Team Leader

Hunter White joined Wright Choice Construction as an Exterior/Siding Specialist, expertly installing siding, soffit, and fascia. A Goochland, Virginia native, he has built a strong career in exterior installation and gutter systems and is a certified lift operator. One of his standout projects included installing over 500 feet of copper half round gutters on a single home. Known for his craftsmanship, Hunter prides himself on cutting perfect angles without a square. Drawn to WCC’s family atmosphere and values, he appreciates the steady work, skill growth, and teamwork the company offers. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys entertaining with his wife and volunteering his skills to local churches. A proud owner of a 1980 C30 four door dually, he lives by the motto, “Try, try again.”

Sailor Heath

Exterior Crewman

Sailor is originally from Boone, North Carolina, and spent 10 years in Peru, where his family served as missionaries. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Photography, and has six years of hands-on experience in remodeling and construction. Sailor is known for his strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of working with his hands. As a member of the exterior team, he contributes to building siding and decks, taking pride in creating quality work and seeing projects come together. He is passionate about construction because it allows him to work outdoors and build something meaningful. Outside of work, Sailor enjoys mountain biking, camping, and spending time with friends and family, and he values living out his faith in both his personal life and his work.

Dylan Seekamp

Interior Foreman

Dylan was born and raised in Simsbury, Connecticut, and moved to Virginia to attend Liberty University. While waiting to enter the academy, he began flipping houses and fell in love with the trades and became even more motivated to expand his skillset. Graduating in the top 1% of his class with a B.S. in Criminal Justice: Advanced Investigative Studies/Crime Scene Investigation, Dylan had long dreamed of becoming a police officer. However, God had other plans. Drawn to Wright Choice Construction by our emphasis on quality, integrity, and open Christian values, Dylan joined the interior crew, bringing with him a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Grounded in faith, he views work as a form of worship, as stated in Colossians 3:23. He wants to be known for his quality of work and his positive attitude, and we can attest to both. Dylan married his wife at age 21 and looks forward to building a family. His greatest inspirations are his mother and brother, both serving as police officers in Massachusetts. He enjoys working out, shooting, and studying God’s Word.

Juan Mata

Interior Team Leader

Originally from Venezuela, Juan moved to Lynchburg in 2017, where he discovered his passion for carpentry. Skilled in interior finish work and self-taught in English, Juan takes pride in the details that bring projects to life and works each day with gratitude to God. Drawn to WCC’s organization, care for employees, and faith-based values, he appreciates the opportunity to grow his craft alongside dedicated co-workers. Outside of work, Juan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife as they await twin baby boys. Guided by honesty, respect, and faith, he lives by the saying, “El que actúa bien en la vida siempre le irá bien.” A fun fact: he’s terrible at board games.

Patrick Bailey

Interior Crewman

Patrick has spent his entire career in construction, mastering trim carpentry along with painting, roofing, and siding. Having contributed to multiple multi-million dollar homes, Patrick is known for his precision and pride in craftsmanship, guided by his motto: “Cut it so tight the painters can’t caulk it.” At WCC, he enjoys the challenge of large projects and the opportunity to grow alongside a supportive, knowledgeable team. Outside of work, Patrick and his wife perform fire spinning and juggling across the East Coast and host free juggling classes in Roanoke. He also enjoys helping family with projects and lives by the saying, “Do great, be great, life’s beautiful.”

Elijah Meier

Interior Crewman

Elijah has always had a passion for building and brings over 10 years of experience in carpentry and general contracting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, is an Associate Constructor, and has completed both OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications. Elijah is known for his strong communication, attention to detail, and determination—qualities that make him a valued member of the team. He takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and ensuring each project meets a high standard. He is passionate about construction because it allows him to continually grow while creating lasting results for customers. Outside of work, Elijah values his faith, family, and self-sufficiency, and enjoys taking on challenges, including hiking from Georgia to Maine

Aaron Kennon

Chief Support Officer

Aaron Kennon joined Wright Choice Construction as IT Support, ensuring the company’s technology runs smoothly so the team can focus on building quality homes. Originally from Standardsville, Virginia, he holds a bachelor’s in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Liberty University. With nearly 15 years at BWXT and Microsoft as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Aaron implemented major software upgrades and single handedly set up SharePoint for an entire plant. Drawn to WCC’s family like atmosphere and shared mission for growth, he values working alongside people who take pride in their craft. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys golfing, coaching youth sports, and serving in children’s ministry with his wife, Lauren. They have three children, Eleanor, Katherine, and Tobias, and prioritize a strong family relationship with God. A fun fact: Aaron is a pretty good golfer who lives by the playful quote, “Why so serious?”

Madison Knight

Head Accountant

Madison was born and raised in Southwest Virginia. After finishing high school, she earned a degree in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University. Her experience working as a paralegal provided her with a solid foundation in problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, which she continues to embrace in her current role. As the Head Accountant for WCC, Madison manages accounts payable and receivables and maintains meticulous records to support the integrity of WCC’s operations. Her dedication to excellence is deeply rooted in her faith and her desire to live a life that honors God. Madison loves spending time with her husband, exploring God’s creation, and trying new things. She is a classically trained violinist and pianist and enjoys being heavily involved in the music ministry at her church.

Tim Wright

Consultant

Tim Wright is the father of John, Daniel, and Matthew, and the reason behind their desire to pursue construction. After losing his long-term job in the insurance industry in his early life, Tim was motivated to pursue his true calling & passion — construction. He began his career as a handyman and worked his way up to building homes. Tim often brought his children along, teaching them the trade and instilling in them his same work ethic and Christian values. His influence was the foundation for what would become Wright Choice Construction. Tim constantly strives to develop a relationship of trust with our clients and enjoys understanding their unique needs in order to bring their vision to life. He values the sacrifices that make our country a place where hard work can lead to providing for one’s family and helping others. With 30 years of construction experience, your vision is in good hands. Tim and his wife have been married since 1985 and have eight children and seventeen grandchildren, with whom they love making memories.

Caitlyn Wright

Website Developer

Caitlyn was born and raised in Bedford, VA, and is the wife of Daniel Wright. A graduate of Liberty Christian Academy, she also attended Liberty University. When WCC needed a website in its early years, Caitlyn turned to her sister — a graphic design major at Liberty — for guidance. With her sister’s mentorship, Caitlyn created and has managed the website ever since. Her proudest accomplishment is homeschooling their four children to be well equipped for anything God calls them to do. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing outdoor games and board games together.
