Tim Wright

Preliminary Consultant

Tim Wright is the father of John, Daniel, and Matthew, and the reason behind their desire to pursue construction. After losing his long-term job in the insurance industry in his early life, Tim was motivated to pursue his true calling & passion — construction. He began his career as a handyman and worked his way up to building homes. Tim often brought his children along, teaching them the trade and instilling in them his same work ethic and Christian values. His influence was the foundation for what would become Wright Choice Construction. Tim constantly strives to develop a relationship of trust with our clients and enjoys understanding their unique needs in order to bring their vision to life. He values the sacrifices that make our country a place where hard work can lead to providing for one’s family and helping others. With 30 years of construction experience, your vision is in good hands. Tim and his wife have been married since 1985 and have eight children and thirteen grandchildren, with whom they love making memories.

John Wright

Sales Consultant

John joined Wright Choice Construction in 2017 and has managed an array of projects varying in size and complexity. With over 15 years of experience, John is a central pillar of the company, known for his outstanding customer relations, keen eye for detail, and commitment to ensuring a smooth, stress-free building process. His construction knowledge began early in life under the guidance of his father, Tim Wright. John also served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a sergeant, stationed in Okinawa, Japan. During his service, he gained OSHA experience, received HAZMAT certification, and operated heavy machinery. John married in 2019 and has two sons and a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family at Smith Mountain Lake and mowing his lawn.

Christian Pettibone

Project Manager

Christian is a prime example of how hard work and dedication lead to success. He joined Wright Choice Construction in 2019 as an electrical apprentice and now leads the electrical division — one of his proudest accomplishments. Christian enjoys seeing each client’s unique style reflected in their custom home. “Honest, responsible, and committed” are just a few of the words that describe his character. He’s passionate about using his expertise to bring each customer’s vision to life. In his free time, Christian enjoys gaming, relaxing with friends, and riding motorcycles.

Luke Davis

Exterior Foreman

Luke was born and raised right here in Bedford, VA. Starting at a very early age in the trades, he has since earned an associates degree in electrical, acquired OSHA certification, received a CDL, and ran his own small business for five years. Luke, while learning under numerous mentors over the years, has been expanding and perfecting his abilities in a vast range of construction skill sets. He is a valuable asset to the team with his extensive knowledge and experience. As head of the siding team, he leads his team with confidence and holds them to the highest of standards to ensure a top-quality end product. Luke strives to increase and hone his skills each day to achieve finished products that he can take pride in. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and competing in sports such as golf and corn hole.

Nathan Franson

Field Supervisor

Nathan was born in Farmington, Maine, and later moved to Utah to earn his degree in Construction Management. Since joining WCC, Nathan has proven himself as a highly qualified and experienced project manager. His upbeat and engaging personality coupled with years of expertise allow him to provide an excellent experience and peace of mind for every customer. Passionate about custom home building, Nathan has even had the unique opportunity to sell several homes he personally designed and built. He is married and has three children currently in college. In his free time, Nathan enjoys building large wooden furniture from scratch and working on his vehicles.

Miguel Saenz

Field Supervisor

Miguel brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked primarily in Arizona as a journeyman lather and plasterer, building five-star apartment communities. Passionate about creativity and craftsmanship, Miguel finds joy in building and seeing a project completed. His standout traits are his loyalty and attention to detail. He helps customers by truly listening to their needs and doing everything possible to meet them. Miguel is driven by honesty and love for people, and above all, his faith—Jesus is his leader and Lord. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart for 41 years. Together, they have five children and 14 grandchildren.

Dave Worthington

Trim Crewman

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College. He operated his own home improvement business for 22 years, specializing in doors and windows. Over his career, Dave has installed more than 5,000 storm doors, hundreds of exterior doors, thousands of replacement windows, and even built his own home. Providing for his family is what fuels him, along with setting a positive example as a Christian for those around him.

Matthew Wright

Excavation Foreman

With over six years of construction experience and three years of mechanical training, Matthew joined Wright Choice Construction after serving in the U.S. Marines. He is dedicated to excellence in all he does, bringing an unwavering work ethic and a positive attitude. Matthew wants his work to serve as a witness of Jesus Christ and seeks out opportunities to share the gospel with others. He works hard each day with the goal of making his wife and daughter proud.

Samuel Aquino

Excavation Crewman

Samuel was born and raised in Bedford, VA, where his family still resides. He has an extensive background in operating heavy equipment, from an early age. Samuel was previously a foreman for Liberty University’s ground crew where he operated many different large pieces of equipment on a regular basis. He also expanded his knowledge in plumbing while working for NBS, prior to joining our crew. Samuel is a very skilled operator and eager to continue expanding his capabilities. His drive comes from providing for his wife, saving for a family, and serving God while honoring him through his character. He enjoys working out, hiking, outdoor sports, and gymnastics.

Noah Green

Excavation Crewman

Noah has been a longtime friend of the Wright family and has enjoyed working alongside them in construction over the years. When the opportunity to join Wright Choice Construction full-time came up, he jumped at the chance. Currently, Noah is sharpening his skills as a member of the plumbing team and enjoys playing a part in turning someone’s dream home into reality. One of thirteen children, Noah began working in the trades at a young age with many of his siblings. He is also a volunteer firefighter and enjoys serving his community in that capacity.

Jackson Epperson

Plumbing Foreman

Jackson, with his strong drive, motivation, and enthusiasm, is a central asset to the plumbing crew. He leads his team by example and is equipped to take challenges head on. His drive to further his education and expand his capabilities, motivates him each day to find new challenges to conquer. Jackson's defining word is committed; he's committed to delivering a professional and quality product for our customers. In his free time, Jackson enjoys working on vehicles and spending time with his family, friends, and animals.

Josh Dobyns

Master Plumber

Josh has been a close family friend for many years and has worked at Wright Choice Construction for nearly as long. Prior to that, he spent over nine years working for a plumbing company. As a licensed Master Plumber, Josh is a valuable asset to the plumbing crew. He is dedicated, hardworking, and efficient, consistently completing tasks with excellence. Josh’s values—integrity, family, and responsibility—manifest themselves through his work. In his free time, he enjoys working out and spending time with his son.

Tony Cestaro

Plumbing Crewman

Tony Cestaro brings a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset to Wright Choice Construction. With six months of experience at Moores Electrical and hands-on plumbing experience, Tony listens to customers’ needs and works hard to find practical solutions. His dedication to honesty and productivity ensures projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Tony’s commitment to excellence and his proactive approach help both the team and customers achieve timely, quality results. Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing various interests.

Matthew Epperson

Electrical Foreman

Matthew was born in Virginia Beach and raised on a farm in Appomattox. His family instilled traditional values and a strong work ethic in him from a young age. He enjoys the challenges of working on the electrical team and approaches each task with enthusiasm. Matthew’s involvement in high school sports — including serving as the leader on his football team, as well as participating in baseball and wrestling — helped shape his positive attitude, sense of camaraderie, and team-building skills. He is looking forward to marriage and starting a family he can provide for through his trade. Matthew continually strives to be a better man of God and a testimony to those around him. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and playing the piano and guitar.

Isaiah Tyree

Isaiah is from Lynchburg, VA, and joined the Wright Choice Construction team in 2024. Currently focused on developing his electrical skills, Isaiah’s desire to master all aspects of construction stems from his dream of one day building his own home. He is hardworking and motivated to excel — qualities instilled in him by his father. In his spare time, Isaiah enjoys working on his trucks and spending time with family and friends.

Dante Hall

Electrical Crewman

Originally from Maryland, Dante brings a strong background in customer service. His six years as a Walmart manager and one year as a Lowe’s night manager reflect his strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Dante has also worked in construction from a young age and has steadily expanded his knowledge and capabilities in the industry. His passion for working with his hands and creating lasting, meaningful product drives him to continually further his expertise. Dante’s relationship with Jesus Christ shines through his integrity, love for others, honesty, and work ethic. He enjoys spending time with family, fellowshipping at church, fishing, and engaging in outdoor sports and games.

Thomas Devers

Electrical Crewman

Thomas is a dedicated professional with over three years of electrical experience and a certification from Virginia Technical Institute. He enjoys the challenge of electrical work, piecing things together, and takes pride in completing each project with precision and cleanliness. Known for his strong work ethic and adaptability to customer needs, Thomas ensures satisfaction while adhering to all guidelines. He values God’s principles above all else, which guide both his personal and professional life. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and is excited about his upcoming engagement.

Jonathan Worthington

Electrical Apprentice

Johnathan was raised in Virginia and is a longtime family friend. From his early childhood, he had the privilege of working alongside his father in construction, gaining early exposure to the trades. A quick learner and dedicated worker, Johnathan consistently strives to excel in any task put before him. His love for God, family, and construction fuels his motivation to succeed. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Obadyah McKay

Exterior Crewman

Obadyah, the fifth of eight children, was born and raised in Minnesota. He served in the Army for six years, stationed in Alaska. His passion for construction comes from the fulfillment of seeing the product of his labor each day. He is driven to building homes people can be proud of, while also providing for his own family. Passionate about serving the Lord, Obadyah approaches all his endeavors with a love for others. Though he may appear stern, he is extremely kind-hearted, patient, and calm.

Jesse Glass

Exterior Crewman

Jesse was born in Washington State and is the third oldest of seven siblings. He began working in yard care while living in Hawaii and has since developed experience in various aspects of construction. Jesse is an extremely hard worker, motivated by the satisfaction of witnessing the fruits of his labor — big or small. His strong work ethic, efficiency, and teachable nature make him a valued team member. Jesse is passionate about custom home building because he enjoys contributing to the creation of someone’s home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the gym, working hard, and being a part of the church body.

Kyle Sargent

Kyle brings expertise in arborist work and demolition to Wright Choice Construction. Known for his honesty and strong work ethic, Kyle is dedicated to delivering quality results on every project. His commitment to excellence ensures top-notch service for clients, and his Christian values guide his work and life. Focused on reliability and excellence, Kyle is a vital asset to both the company and its customers.

Dylan Seekamp

Trim Crewman

Dylan was born and raised in Simsbury, Connecticut, and moved to Virginia to attend Liberty University. While waiting to enter the academy, he began flipping houses and fell in love with the trades and became even more motivated to expand his skillset. Graduating in the top 1% of his class with a B.S. in Criminal Justice: Advanced Investigative Studies/Crime Scene Investigation, Dylan had long dreamed of becoming a police officer. However, God had other plans. Drawn to Wright Choice Construction by our emphasis on quality, integrity, and open Christian values, Dylan joined the interior crew, bringing with him a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Grounded in faith, he views work as a form of worship, as stated in Colossians 3:23. He wants to be known for his quality of work and his positive attitude, and we can attest to both. Dylan married his wife at age 21 and looks forward to building a family. His greatest inspirations are his mother and brother, both serving as police officers in Massachusetts. He enjoys working out, shooting, and studying God’s Word.

Originally from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Trystan moved to Virginia for work. His upbeat personality and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the interior crew. Trystan is driven by a love for hard work, doing things the right way, and forming meaningful, lasting relationships. He values honesty, hard work and community, and draws motivation from his love for his family. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with loved ones.

Evan Riedinger

Evan brings a unique blend of law enforcement and construction experience to Wright Choice Construction. Having worked with his father in his finish work company, Evan is skilled in a wide range of woodworking tools and takes pride in his attention to detail. His calm, respectful approach to every task ensures customers receive excellent service and high-quality results. Guided by his values — God, family, and country — he approaches every job with integrity and pride. Outside of work, Evan enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, working out, and spending time outdoors with his wife.

Cory Jaqua

Trim Crewman

Born and raised in Iowa, Cory enjoys fishing, boating, music, and exploring. With over 30 years of experience operating his own flooring business and working across multiple trades, Cory brings seasoned skill and dedication to the WCC trim crew. He was drawn to WCC for its strong values and enjoys the sense of teamwork on the job. He lives by the belief that it’s easier—and more enjoyable—to be happy than angry. Since joining WCC, his faith has grown thanks to the company’s openly Christian culture. Cory says despite what Ancestry.com suggests, he is not French—he’s German.

Daniel Wright

Head of Operations

Daniel Wright is the founder of Wright Choice Construction, Inc. His love for construction began in his early teens while working in the field under his father, Tim Wright. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for what would become Wright Choice Construction. Daniel holds a Class A Contractor License, as well as Master Electrician and Master Plumber licenses. As head of operations, Daniel oversees sales, customer relations, and project management, while also researching and implementing industry-leading software, staying current with code requirements, adopting and adapting top-quality building techniques, leading community outreach, and marketing. A U.S. Army veteran, Daniel was stationed at Fort Myer in Washington, D.C. He is committed to serving the Lord through every endeavor and using his blessings to bless others around him and further God’s kingdom. Daniel is married to Caitlyn Wright and has two daughters and a son. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family on weekends.

Madison Long

Head Accountant

Madison was born and raised in Southwest VA. She obtained a degree in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Before Wright Choice Construction, she had experience working as a paralegal. Madison is a disciplined and determined individual who thrives on challenges. Growing up, her parents taught her that anything less than a solid work-ethic was unacceptable. As a follower of Jesus Christ, she strives to adopt all His teachings and implement them in all aspects of life. She enjoys working with people, numbers, and investigative work. In her free time, Madison enjoys playing the violin and piano, spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, photography, and trying new things.

Aaric Jacobson

Systems Administrator

Aaric Jacobson brings a strong passion for data analytics and process optimization to Wright Choice Construction. With expertise in Power BI, SQL Servers, APIs, and Power Apps, Aaric helps streamline workflows and automate tasks, boosting team efficiency. By providing data- driven insights, he reduces costs and ensures timely, high-quality project delivery. His strong work ethic, combined with conservative Christian values, drives him to deliver excellence and encourage others. Outside of work, Aaric enjoys sports and spending time with his wife and 5 brothers.

Ethan Duell

Procurement Manager

Ethan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management from Liberty University. He began his career in various management roles and entry-level construction positions, where he gained valuable hands-on experience. Through his church, Ethan connected with Joshua Wright and decided to join WCC. Focused on mastering the electrical trade, Ethan prioritizes understanding the “why” behind the work, not just the “how.” His dedication has enabled him to wire homes independently and manage his own team under Christian’s supervision. Ethan’s motivation comes from the fear of the Lord and a love for His people. He understands the biblical roles of marriage and takes to heart the importance of his provisionary role. Married in 2023, Ethan and his wife have a baby boy named Everett. In his spare time, he enjoys being with family, reading, exercising, and fellowshipping with friends.

Caitlyn Wright

Website Developer

Caitlyn was born and raised in Bedford, VA, and is the wife of Daniel Wright. A graduate of Liberty Christian Academy, she also attended Liberty University. When WCC needed a website in its early years, Caitlyn turned to her sister — a graphic design major at Liberty — for guidance. With her sister’s mentorship, Caitlyn created and has managed the website ever since. Her proudest accomplishment is homeschooling their three children to be well equipped for anything God calls them to do. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing outdoor games and board games together.
