With four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a three-car garage, and 4,073 square feet, every space, from the walk-in refrigerator to the whole-home generator, was carefully planned to support the way this family lives, gathers, and serves.

The Dream
For Chad and Kristen McLennan, building a custom home was about creating more than a beautiful place to live. They envisioned a peaceful retreat where their children could grow surrounded by nature, with space to garden, tend orchards, raise bees, and embrace a slower pace of life.
Above all, they wanted a home that reflected their family’s values: a place where loved ones could gather, memories could be made, and family, friends, and their church community would always feel welcome. Magnolia Home was designed as a place of hospitality, encouragement, healing, and rest for generations to come.

After meeting with several builders, Chad and Kristen knew something was different about Wright Choice Construction. Every space inside Magnolia Home was designed around the rhythms of everyday life and the values that shape the McLennan family. The open kitchen and living room keep parents and children connected throughout the day, while the walk-in refrigerator supports everything from canning weekends to large family gatherings. Upstairs, the spacious “Cousin Room” welcomes visiting relatives with eight beds ready for sleepovers, holidays, and lifelong memories.
Long before the finishing touches were added, Chad and Kristen walked through the framed home writing Bible verses throughout each room, dedicating the house to God’s purpose and praying over the life that would unfold within its walls. Today, Magnolia Home serves exactly as they envisioned: a place where friends gather around the table, church members attend classes, children play freely, and the back porch offers a peaceful reminder to slow down and enjoy God’s creation.
