What is A Comprehensive Cost Analysis?

Don’t you want to know exactly how much your home costs before you build? We totally agree, and that is why the comprehensive cost analysis (CCA) was designed.

Fixed-price isn’t something you hear a lot when it comes to custom home building, but this is exactly what we offer our clients. By utilizing our combined wealth of construction experience, we have curated a stream-lined process to ensure each client is fully aware and in control of exactly how much they will be spending on their home (with the exception of the costs of the well, power hook-up and the discovery of un-foreseen rock during excavation, as these cost unfortunately cannot be predicted).

Upon signing a comprehensive cost analysis (CCA) contract you will be receiving a thorough site visit to ensure we know what ground work you are envisioning for your property, a completely custom set of home plans curated by our draftsmen, in-depth design selections for every aspect of your home, led by our design coordinators. All of this information will be thoroughly reviewed by our project managers to ensure that we are providing you with plans that are truly ready to build. You will also receive a room-by-room selections sheet, including images of all finishes, fixtures, and materials that were selected.

Once all of your home information has been finalized, we will provide you with a fixed-price contract to build your home with us, that when signed within 30 days, the entire cost of the comprehensive cost analysis contract will be refunded to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

On average the CCA process takes about four months to complete, but this time varies from person to person.

Upon signing the CCA contract you are not bound to use Wright Choice Construction to build your home. However you will not receive the refund for your CCA contract if you choose not to build with us. You will be able to use the information you have acquired to make a truly informed and confident decision about who you would like to build your home and when you would like to build your home.

You always have the opportunity to make changes during your home build. However, these changes are not accounted for in the CCA, so they will require a change order. These are the only additional costs that can cause the price of your home to fluctuate and remain completely within your control.

When we say custom, we mean it. It is your home after all, and it should reflect your style and needs. Currently the only products we refuse to install are fixtures from Amazon as they can compromise your homes integrity.
