Through careful planning, detailed design, and years of construction expertise, we’ve developed a process that gives you clarity, confidence, and the peace of mind that comes with a fixed-price contract.

PHASE ONE:
DISCOVERY
This is the beginning of the CCA process. During discovery, we want to get to know you, your property and your needs. We don’t rush into designing. This time is invaluable to help us realize your dreams and create the best home possible for you and your family.
Phase Two:
Plan Design
Whether you prefer collaborating in person or communicating by email, we’ll tailor the design process to fit your style. Together, we’ll refine your floor plan and elevations, incorporating your feedback until every detail reflects your vision.
Once the initial design is complete, we’ll provide a preliminary price to help guide any adjustments needed to align with your budget. From there, we’ll finalize details, including the placement of lighting and electrical outlets, before you sign the finalization agreement and move into the selections phase.
PHASE Three: SELECTIONS
Our expert interior designers work alongside you through every step of the selections process. Prioritizing making your ideas, inspirations, and goals into a reality. Through the selections process, we are able to help you create a home that best represents you

Phase Four:
Contract
Once your design and selections are complete, we’ll deliver a comprehensive set of construction plans along with a detailed, fixed-price proposal you can move forward with confidence. At this point, your Comprehensive Cost Analysis is complete, and you’re ready to begin building your home.

Clear communication is at the heart of every project. Through your personalized Buildertrend portal, you’ll have 24/7 access to your designs, proposals, project schedule, documents, selections, and construction updates, so you always know what’s happening with your home.
